The Flourished Fern values past, present, and prospective clients' personal information. Your information, including but not limited to: name, email, phone number, and address, is never shared with or sold to 3rd party sites.

Custom Calligraphy Order Request Form

Data collected via our "Custom Calligraphy Order Request" form is used solely to collaborate with you, the customer, to bring your calligraphy project to life. 

Data you provide is optional, though some fields are required in order for me to understand the scope of your project and to contact you to confirm these details. The only truly required contact information will be your email address. A prompt for your mailing address will only appear should you request a sample of my work, or, after receiving a quote, should you decide to place an order. 

The "Custom Calligraphy Order Request" is a Google Form, which will collate information you enter into a Google spreadsheet. It is visible only to the originator of that Google Form, FlourishedFernCalligraphy@gmail.com (feel free to reach out to this email address with your requests, in lieu of completing the order form)! 

Once an order is approved, payment processing and shipping will require additional customer information. Please see those policies below.

Mailing List

Customers and/or visitors to The Flourished Fern website or in-person events may choose to subscribe to my mailing list. This information is collected and/or stored via Mailer Lite and is never shared or sold.

Other Data Collection

The Flourished Fern does not use cookies or collect IP addresses of visitors. 

Payment Processing

Payment options will be provided via Paypal invoice once a customer approves their estimate. Your address may be required to calculate sales tax. See Paypal's Privacy Policy here.

Shipping

Orders which are to be mailed require a physical mailing address (home or P.O. Box). This information is collected through the invoicing process to be used solely for billing and shipping.
