Philosophy

The Flourished Fern Calligraphy believes that words hold power.

Throughout history, words have been used to convey meaning, evoke emotion, expose our humanity, and connect us all.

Though defined as "the art of beautiful writing," calligraphy is not quite writing, and not quite art; it is the perfect fusion of both, as the letterforms themselves flow and dance in ways we don't usually see in print. These interactions between the paper, nib, and ink invite the eye to linger over the words, taking in every loop, curve, and variation of hue. This is precisely why AI can never replace the magic of calligraphy; it will remain relevant for centuries to come!
